The class was a highlight of our week in Tokyo. We learned a ton of things about the products we used and were given lots of “chef’s tips” that you could never get from a book. Masa and Junko made us feel completely welcome. They were patient and caring, especially with my 11 year old son, whom they helped along as needed so that he could fully participate in the class. The food we made was delicious and the meal at the end of the class was relaxed, fun and warm. Thank you to Masa and Junko for a great time!

Incredible lesson with Masa and Junko. We learnt so much about the history of ramen and gyoza and it was great fun learning all the tricks of making amazing gyoza. Our teenage kids absolutely loved it! We were so full for the rest of the day. We would highly recommend this class.
