  1. Our guide was the best

Asami-san’s passion for Japanese food, culture, and customs made our food tour memorable. We got educated while we were enjoying amazing food. I want to thank Asami-san for this great tour. It was a great start for our Japan tour.

  2. Add this tour to your itinerary

It would have been impossible to do this tour on our own. I had an amazing time with my wife. I want to thank Asami for taking us around and introducing great Japanese food.

  3. What a great way to experience Shinjuku!

Anne was a lovely guide – so friendly and knowledgeable. We learned a lot, being shown around the streets of shinjuku – lots of facts and fun tips about Japanese culture and dining in particular. We had three food stops which were all different and delicious. Anne ordered for our group so all we had to do was eat! There was lots of food – easily enough for a dinner meal; in fact we couldn’t finish the meal at the last food stop! We ended up with a drink in Golden Gai; a great last stop for a great night. Would definitely recommend this tour – it was a great experience, and our tour guide Anne went out of her way to make our time in Tokyo great – she made some recommendations for us and even helped us book another activity. So helpful to have a Japanese speaker assist with those bookings. Anne also took photos for our group – which are lovely mementos. Thanks Tokyo by food tours!!
