This Japanese cooking school, established in 2017, teaches authentic Japanese cooking techniques in English for foreign travelers in Japan. In-person and online classes are available for all levels, from beginners to professional. Their aim is to educate about Japanese culture and washoku (Japanese cuisine), a designated UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.

it was very fun, and most important tasty.
we learned new things and it was great.
i think she took pictures of us witch is a bonus. i hope they can be sent to us soon

Our ramen cooking course was wonderful. Our teacher Fumi was excellent. We learned so much from her and everything was paced very well. Best of all the ramen was delicious!

One of the best experiences of our trip. Fumi was a delight, so patient and knowledgeable and made the experience so fun whilst Learning. And the ramen was DELICIOUS!
