Shihomi and Ayumi

This cooking studio was created by twin sisters, both licensed sushi chefs with experience working as chefs in Geneva, Switzerland and Tokyo. In addition to their 10 years of experience as sushi chefs, they each have more than 10 years of experience doing Japanese calligraphy. They bring their creative approach to cooking to their cultural classes for foreigners in Japan.
